Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases only:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

  2. Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  3. Item Not Received: If your order does not arrive within 45 days of shipment (not due to incorrect address provided), we will issue a refund.

Refund Process

  • Once your claim is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Twimmerce is at fault.

To request a refund: Contact us using the Chatbot with your order number, issue description, and photos/videos (if applicable).
